What working together looks like

One-on-one meetings every two weeks

These one-hour strategy and accountability sessions via Zoom are for goal setting, strategizing issues, learning concepts, and being supported. As your coach, I share best practices, industry angles, provide external resources, give advice, and problem solve.

Support when you need it

You know, like when your bookkeeper just accidentally mass emailed every employees’ compensation to the whole company and you need to know what to do. I am a phone call, text, or email away.

Accountability

Making regular commitments, and being held to them, ensures you are moving the needle towards your goals.  Don’t worry, I won’t make you do burpees every time you don't do your homework.
